Policy and Rescheduling Fees
You are responsible for reading and accepting this
policy.
YOU MUST
BE ON TIME FOR CLASS SINCE A SEAT and
MOTORCYCLE HAS BEEN RESERVED
FOR YOU!
You will NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CLASS
AFTER THE INSTRUCTOR HAS
TAKEN ATTENDANCE.
If you are a no-show, and/or must reschedule, but fail to contact
your RIDERCOACH (Instructor)
prior to your scheduled class results in
forfeiture of all monies paid.

If, for any reason, you wish a refund, the following shall apply:
Notifying the Easy Rider Motorcycle Training office
10 OR MORE DAYS
PRIOR to the start
of your first class will result in Easy Rider Motorcycle Training
retaining $25 processing
fee and refunding the remainder of your registration fees to you.
Except in the cases of a medical emergency, for which you can
provide documents from a doctor or medical facility, notifying Easy
Rider Motorcycle Training less than 10 days prior to your first class will result in
the forfeiture of all monies paid.
RESCHEDULING
FEES:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you
MUST NOTIFY
THE RIDERCOACH.
- If you contact your RIDERCOACH
Forteen (14) OR MORE DAYS
PRIOR, to your scheduled
class, you will be allowed to "reschedule", with only a
RESCHEDULING FEE OF
$25.00.
If you contact your RIDERCOACH
NINE (9) toTHIRTEEN (13) DAYS
PRIOR, to your scheduled class, your
RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE
$45.00.
LATE ARRIVALS,
"LAST MINUTE" cancellation
(canceling on the actual day of first class)
"NO-SHOWS", and/or no prior call to
your MSF RIDERCOACH results in
FORFEITURE OF "ALL MONIES PAID"
and ARE REQUIRED
TO
REPAY THE "FULL"
AMOUNT OF A NEW CLASS FEE!
NOTE: Your MSF
RiderCoach's contact phone will be mailed to you in your REGISTRATION
PACKET.
WITHDRAWAL
AFTER
CLASS HAS BEGUN:
- Students, who withdraw,
or are asked to withdraw,
from a class after the class has begun, for any reason
other than rescheduling
recommendation by the instructor or a documented emergency,
shall forfeit all monies paid.
- Students who withdraw from a
class, are asked to withdraw as a result of an instructor’s request,
or are forced to withdraw from class due to health related issues,
and wish to reschedule, must notify the Easy Rider Motorcycle Training
office: 386-793-3262, within 14
days of the date of the withdrawal and pay a $140 rescheduling
fee.
NOTE: Students who do not
contact the Easy Rider Motorcycle Training offices, within the required
14 days of
their withdrawal, will forfeit all monies previously paid and will be
required to pay the full fee to register for a new class.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN CLASSROOM AND ON THE RANGE
DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SUCCESS
IN COMPLETION OF THE COURSE. IF YOU
UNSUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE COURSE,
NO REFUND WILL BE MADE,
HOWEVER YOU MAY:
RIDE
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, AGAIN, FOR A FEE
OF $140**

SUNDAY ONLY FOR A FEE OF
$100**
If you
FAILED JUST THE RIDING
TEST, you may retest
FOR FREE
ON SUNDAY**
** NOTE: THE ABOVE IS ALLOWED AS SPACES ARE AVAILABLE
FINAL NOTE:
Please realize that these are small
classes (12 students max) and being a "state and nationally certified
program" your reservation of a space and motorcycle is
extremely important. That is why our
policy is so strict.
