Florida Law (effective July 1, 2008)

Anyone operating 2 or 3 wheeled motor vehicle over 50 cc's, or if smaller cc's capable of going over 30 mph on level ground (most do!), must have a Motorcycle Endorsement.  Anyone wishing to gain this endorsement MUST successfully complete a Basic Rider Course (BRC) to receive this Endorsement.
