Anyone operating 2 or 3 wheeled motor vehicle over 50 cc's, (or if smaller cc's is capable of going over 30 mph on level ground), must have a Motorcycle Endorsement. Anyone wishing to gain this endorsement MUST successfully complete a Basic Rider Course (BRC) to receive this Endorsement.
