Over-The-Ankle Footwear

You will need to wear
"over-the-ankle" boots with a sturdy heel with non-slip soles..

NO HIGH HEEL BOOTS FOLKS!  They are not smart in regards to maneuvering the gear shift (left foot) and rear braking (right foot)  mechanisms.

Proper footwear can protect your feet and ankles from hot exhaust pipes as well as rocks and debris which may fly up from the pavement.

We highly recommend, if you purchase new boots or footwear, that you wear them around the house/work for at least 24 hours prior to the class to make sure you will be comfortable in them.
